JOE WHITTLE (Drums).

Joe began his musical career at the WA Academy of Performing Arts, and with the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra, performing at the Manly Jazz Festival in 1997. Since turning professional in 1999, he has worked in the Blues Scene with Lindsay Wells, Killing Floor and Universal Blues. He has also been a member of jazz groups Red Shoes, Jazz Factory(with Matthew Jodrell), Cameron’s Project and Jus Jump. Some other projects have included “A Tribute to Herbie Hancock” at the Greenwich Club, and a John Zorn/ Masada tribute for the Perth Jazz Society.
